I was invited along to Oxygen free jumping – trampoline park in Southampton at the weekend along with the Sotonbloggers. We had a complimentary one hour session to test out the trampolines and have a whole load of fun! There was of course a lot of pictures and videos taken and they even had an instagram board ready for us – what more could a group of bloggers want?!
If you have never been but thought it looks fun – then you need to go! Its for all ages, you can book it out for kids parties and they even do clubs!
Its a giant room filled with loads of trampolines, the walls are even covered in trampolines! Theres an obstacle course, dodgeball court, professional trampolines, walk the wall and a giant air bag! Its so much fun. We were all absolutely shattered by the end of the session but had the best time, we are already planning our next visit.

Its £10 for a 1 hour session plus £1 for a pair of the grip socks, which you can keep and then re-use for your next visit.
You have to sign a wavier when you arrive, you only do this on your first visit, so you are on their system and agree to their policy. You then enter the safety briefing room for a short safety brief and video before you enter the trampoline zone!
within 10 minutes I was sweating! Its a lot harder than it looks, trust me! You are allowed to try all sorts of tricks if your brave enough – apart from backflips! I kept to the standard straddle, tuck, pike and seat drops! But give me time and I could be entering the 2020 Olympics!
You can ind your local oxygen free jumping park on their website and book online here!
